Mould Preparation

Application of 'Stargaze', 'Granitea', or 'Silken'

The marine grade ISO NPG deep lustre pool finish gelcoats, must pass strict examination prior to the laminates being applied.

Application of Epoxy Vinyl Ester

This product is not just applied as a painted on protective coating. But is sprayed on with a mix of fibreglass and Vinyl Ester resin. Bonding these together making an extremely strong superior protective skin.

Application of Solid Fibreglass Laminate

Utilising 100% fibreglass and resin (no fillers) this solid laminate ensures extreme water resistance and structural integrity year after year (a proven factor in the marine industry where boats take a real belting).

Extra Strength Layer

This will combat extreme soil instability and ground stress conditions. This standard guarantees your pool against structural failure for 35 years.

Final Stage Fibreglass Reinforcing Ribs and Lifting Rings

These are installed to ensure safe transport tie down points and cranage lifting rings, protecting your pool in transition.

External Protective Barrier

Another feature of Riverina Pools, is the barrier treatment of the external surface of the pool in contact with the earth. This prevents any moisture penetrating the laminates.
